I. General (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6344)

InReverie is a "World of Warcraft" Horde guild on the Zul'jin server that has formed to represent our collective interest in "World of Warcraft" end-game raiding.

II. Mission Statement (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6345)

"InReverie is a guild of friends. We pride ourselves on our generosity toward each other. We choose to look past greed because this is what breaks groups apart. We are a strong core of players, skilled both at playing wow and at helping fellow guildies. We do this because there is no point in compromising the guild just for phat loot. We choose to respect each other knowing that InReverie will continue to grow and prosper."

III. Rules and Conduct (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346)

3.0 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346#post33914) The following rules of conduct are expected of all guild members at all times.

General 3.1 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346#post33915)
InReverie is a mature raiding guild. Members are expected, regardless of their age, to act in a mature manner.
Members are expected to treat all players with dignity and respect.
Members are expected to agree to and uphold all of Blizzard's Terms of Service.
Members can not raid with other guilds outside our own in any raid instance that you are saved to if you beat a boss unless permission is explicitly given by an officer.
Members can not apply to another guild while they are a member of this one.
Guild 3.2 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346#post33916)
Regardless of rank, Raiders, Members, and Friends/Family are expected to uphold all of the same guild regulations.
Members are allowed an unlimited number of alts in the guild.

Raid 3.3 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346#post33918)
Raiders and any members that attend an InReverie raid will be held to a high standard of excellence which includes both performance and preparation.
Raiders are expected to respect the decisions of the raid leader, and to follow instructions completely.
Vent 3.4 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6346#post33919)
Vent is to be used in a mature and respectful manner in public channels.
The primary purpose of Vent is for conducting raids.

IV.Guild Structure (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348)
Guild Leader 4.1 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33926) - Highest guild authority who must ensure that the guild continues to progress and grow stronger while adhering to the founding principles.
Officer 4.2 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33927)- Enforces guilds mission, issues warning, and can remove guildies via officer voting. They serve administrative roles within all aspects of the guild.

Honor Guard 4.4 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33929)- Honor Guards serve several functions within the guild such as class leads, raid leaders, or administrative roles. They have been given authority in areas that they excel in, and assist officers in operational areas.

Raider 4.5 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33930)- Proven and sworn to the guilds mission. They not only uphold the mission statement and guild rules, but dedicate themselves to the guild progression in end game content. Raiders are expected to be in the guild raids when they are online. We do not have a required % attendance to maintain guild membership, but do require 66% attendance to maintain Raider rank. Raiders will be given priority invites to raid*. Raiders are held to a high standard which includes not only play, but raid preparation. We do not impose spec on any player, but rather allow your own choices determine the level of competitiveness for invite. The spec choice and the consequences are yours to deal with.
Veteran 4.6 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33931)- Served and fought for InReverie for a solid service time and are show acknowledgment to the guilds rules and mission statement. Members are our more casual players who can not make the commitment to raid, or who prefer other play styles. If a raid has room for a member to come along, they are always welcome. Raiders, however, will continue to get priority invites to raids*. We do not accept member applicants.
Friend/Family 4.7 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33932)- non-members who are given the InReverie Tag to remain in touch with friends or family. All players with the InReverie guild tag are expected to uphold the guild rules and mission statement. To receive this rank, established guild members will petition an officer.
Probation 4.8 (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6348#post33933)- Very new and freshly recruited. These members can be removed without voting under a decision by the enforcement of the guild. They must prove to the guild why they wish to be a part of the guild and why they are worthy to join the ranks of InReverie.

* Raid Invites for progression content do not follow these guidelines. Progression raids will be constructed to provide the highest chance for success. See Section 5

V. Raid Procedure (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6367)

All players will be invited to a raid. The raid leaders will then select based on class balance and numbers the raid encounter that will be the target for that night.

Standard raids will invite based on both attendance record and class balance. In progression content, the raid leader will select the raid members that they feel will give them the greatest position for success.

VI. Loot Distribution (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6368)

InReverie uses a loot council system.

A council of five Officers, Raid Leaders or Honor Guards will make decisions regarding loot. Three votes are required for loot assignment. Special Circumstance Loot will be awarded at officer/raid leader discretion before opening availability to the raid. Probationary members be considered last for loot.

VII. Alts (http://www.inreverieguild.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6369)

Members are allowed to have any number of alts in the guild. For raid purposes and loot distribution, every player may have only one main toon. Mains are given priority on both invites and loot distribution. Under special circumstances, such as to maintain class balance, alts may be requested to be brought into a raid over a main. Players may switch their main toon at their request if they receive officer approval for the change.
