Raiding Outside of This Guild
Without prior consent of an officer, a member is not allowed to raid in any instances to which you can be saved to a boss that InReverie has not killed during the current raid lockout. Due to the continually increasing number of such instances, those restricted will be listed here:
- No Restriction Until Cataclysm Releases
At this time, all other boss IDs are free to use outside of InReverie's raiding schedule. As new instances are introduced, this list will be updated to reflect restrictions, and the Guild Wide Discussion forums will have the current weekly progress posted. While instances are not on this list, it is preferred that members look first to the guild to fill raids, but they are not forbidden to look elsewhere.
Members are obligated to assist in raids when they are able if such need arises. Should members prefer to raid with other guilds, or prefer to operate outside of the guild community, then this is not the place for them. Without consent of an officer, when a member raids with another guild, the standard penalty is removal from the guild. Guild removal in this case requires an officer majority vote. The member will be reminded of the guild position on raiding with other guilds, and the officer reminding them will then remove them from the guild.
Applying to Other Guilds
With prior consent of an officer, when a member applies to another guild, the following things will occur: If the member is a Probationary Member, they will be removed from the guild. The Officer will inform them that their probation has terminated early and they will be removed from the guild. If the Member is of Member Rank or above, the consenting officer will inform them of the incoming demotion, and they and any alts will be demoted to Friend status. Their public guild note will have an additional "X Guild App" indicating the guild they are applying to. Their DKP and attendance will immediately forfeit to 0. Officer rank and above are authorized to fully perform these actions without an officer vote.
